Our Comprehensive Guarantee

The Little Black Dress Comprehensive Guarantee states:

Within 60 days of purchase, any item with manufacturing defect, will be repaired or replaced without cost upon its return to Little Black Dress. The original receipt, with the customer’s name, address, and telephone number must accompany any item for repair. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.

If the 60-day period has passed, a service fee of $10 will apply to each repairable item. The $10 fee, payable by check to “Little Black Dress” must be included with the item when it is submitted to the company for repair. If the item is not able to be repaired, a returned item will be replaced with the same. If an item has been discontinued or is not available, the customer may choose one of equal value. If an item of greater value is chosen, the difference in retail price plus sales tax will apply.
